Leeann Turner Brooks

Is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and the US District Court, District of NH. Attorney Brooks graduated from Rivier College, with a major in Paralegal Studies, Summa Cum Laude, and Massachusetts School of Law, Cum Laude. Croft & Brooks, PLLC was formed by Arnold T. Croft and Leeann Turner Brooks in 2001. Prior to that time, Leeann worked for Attorney Croft and the firm Sano and Croft as his Paralegal, where she gained valuable legal experience.

As a lifetime resident of Southern New Hampshire, Attorney Brooks is committed to serving the community and her clients. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Treasurer and member of the Greater Salem Bar Association, member of the Rockingham County Bar Association, and member of the American Bar Association.

Attorney Brooks also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, has served as an attorney for the New Hampshire Bar Associations Domestic Violence Agency Project (DOVE), and has served as a charter member for the Rotarty Club of  the Greater Salem N.H.

Arnold T. Croft

Has practiced law for over 35 years in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Attorney Croft is a graduate of Suffolk Law School and Boston University, majoring in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in complex real estate matters, estate planning, elder law, and business matters.

As an active and dedicated community member, Attorney Croft was a member and past President of the Greater Salem Area Chamber of Commerce as well as recipient of the distinguished Bill Brown Award. Attorney Croft also served as a member and founder of the Greater Salem N.H. Rotary Club, member of the Salem Contractors Association, member of the Town of Salem Planning Board, member of the Board and President of Salem-Methuen Rotary, and member of the Boards of the Merrimack Valley Red Cross and Red Cross NH State Council. Attorney Croft is semi-retired, but still consults for the firm.
