REAL ESTATE

The firm represents individuals, business entities, and lending institutions in residential, commercial / retail, and condominium transactions. In addition, we can assist you in the preparation and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional matters. Our office also handles evictions for private landlords and is counsel for a local Housing Authority. We are title agents for First American Title Insurance Company in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and are also approved by several other title insurance companies.

Attorney Brooks belongs to the American Bar Association's Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law; the New Hampshire Bar Association's Real Property Law Section; is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Hampshire; and broker in Massachusetts.

SMALL BUSINESS

Our firm consults with you on your new business venture or existing business to assist with entity formations and general corporate services. We can assist you in forming a limited liability company or a corporation in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts. The firm works for several lending institutions on commercial loans for secured financing, lines of credit, SBA loans, and loan modifications. We can also assist you with commercial and retail leases, partnerships, sole proprietorships, buy-sell agreements, and employment contracts.
